The Program Manager is a key member of our Client Development Team. The Program Manager coordinates and manages all activity between the client and Molded Materials, Inc. This position is our key client contact person and as such, must understand and articulate our process and procedures for managing our engineered solutions.

• Interface with client engineering and purchasing personnel on new and existing projects.
• Understand the client's issue and contribute to the development of the solution.
• Define and document the issues, requirements, scope of work, and timelines for each project.
• Identify and develop new business with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate, document, follow up, and resolve all issues (technical and commercial), both internally and externally, that impact the successful completion of every project.
• Understand and communicate regularly the competitive envirionment, the client's strategic direction, positioning of MMI and future resource requirements.
• Provide feedback on all proposals and quote determinations.
• Special projects as required.

• Ability to read and fully understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of automotive and/or food distribution material handling.
• Knowledge of thermoplastic materials, injection molding process and design and tooling.
